Executive Director
Darrick Fields is a talented and established marketing and management professional experienced in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with brands, ad agencies, promotional companies, PR agencies, and talent. He is a strong leader who has the experience and ability to generate revenue and profit  increasing brand equity and company value. His management skills enable him to set strategic direction for others to implement. He has the ability to effectively oversee partnerships, new business developments, as well as structuring deals that have resulted in a proven track record for closing product new business development, endorsements, sponsorship  and promotional programs. His strong interpersonal and communication skills enable him to work cohesively within the corporate community as well with talent in creative environments. He has assisted in all facets of artist development for many record labels, management companies, public relation firms and talent agencies and was instrumental in creating the urban music division at The Entity Entertainment Group Native Records / Fontana. Darrick thrives on challenge, and embraces any changing and dynamic work environment.

Artistic Director 
Marie “Pandora” Medina Pandora  is a professional dancer who has earned respect from her peers and built a solid reputation as a champion at various high-level, international competitions world wide. She has also performed principle roles in prestigious theatrical productions throughout the US, Scandinavia and Europe. Admiration for her talent has also transferred over to the commercial world, where she evoked a standing ovation from the judges on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance and landed roles in several films including Disney’s feature-film Step Up series. Pandora was also personally cast by Step Up 3D director Jon M. Chu as Autumn in the popular online dance series THE LXD: Legion of Extraordinary Dancers. Pandora will provide hands-on implementation of the program and oversee the artistic activities of the company.

Research Developer
Jason Wells will be responsible for compiling all results of the program and developing strategic plans to implement the program citywide.  In addition, he will develop funding initiatives to maintain the financial standings for Little Box Of Hope.  He has over 20 years of experience in teaching and administration.  He has both undergraduate and graduate degree in Education and Economics.

Dance Writer
Carla Silveira has been a published multi-media writer and producer for over 15 years, honing her talent through a diverse portfolio that includes music, film and video, feature articles, video games, facility tours and an infinite array of marketing material. Her clients have included industry heavy hitters such as Viacom (MTV, Nick & Vh1), Herbalife, celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson and multi-platinum producer Duane DaRock, as well as grassroots organizations like the Beat Swap Meet, Choreographer’s Carnival and the bboy lifestyle magazine – BE TWN THE BRKS. Staying true to her roots as a poet, freestyle dancer and bgirl, her writing articulates the authentic essence of her subjects and Carla’s passion for her work.

Music Director
Rob “Gkoop” Mandell is an accomplished Composer and producer who earned a BA in Theory and Jazz Improvisation at the renowned Berklee School of Music (Boston) During his time Koop was seasoned with the experience of playing with some of the best players in the world. Some of Gkoop’s credits include Producer, session musician and replay specialist for: Donald “Duck” Bailey, Jrod Indigo, Crown City Rockers, The Northern Light School Orchestra, Peoples’ Quintet, Alicia Keys, Nelly, George, Clinton, Jake One, Freeway Talib Kweli, Pandora Marie, Artson, Atmosphere, Ice Cube, Scarface, Young Buck, and G Koop & O-Man.
